When you enquire about our services we collect the following information:

  • Emergency contact details name, address, phone number and email address
  • The services you require
  • Information about your pet(s)
  • Vet name, address, telephone number and email address
3.How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly from you by email or online form submission for any of the following reasons:

  • To establish your pet service requirements
  • To provide support
  • Billing.

We may share this information with:

  • Our invoicing service provider
  • Our forms service provider
  • Our email service provider.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:


(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us;
(b) We have a contractual obligation;

(c) We have a legal obligation.

3.1 Cookies

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself.  A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookies created by other sites. We use cookies to track user traffic patterns while engaged with our website.

We do not track your internet usage.

You can refuse cookies with our cookie consent banner or by turning them off in your browser. If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use this website.

5.How we store your personal information

Your information is stored securely in our email, invoicing and forms services. No other electronic or physical copies are made unless you submit a request under Data Protection Rights (see below), or if requested by UK Government or law enforcement for legitimate reasons.
We keep your personal information supplied by email or form submission for:


• Up to 2 months from last contact if no contract formed;
• Indefinitely if a contract is formed.


We will then dispose of information previously provided by you by deleting and purging all records and correspondence where not required to be retained for contractual or legal obligations. Invoicing information will not normally be deleted until 7 years have elapsed.

6.Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. Please contact us if you wish to make a request.

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal information, you can make a complaint to us. You can also complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we have used your data.
